Josh has been in the financial industry since 1991. He has extensive experience with commercial lending, leasing, and underwriting. After 23 years in the banking industry, he started his own loan brokerage firm, Business Lending Connect, in 2015. He acquired Ambassador Financial in 2016.

Carolyn has been in the financial industry since 1990. She previously worked as both a Commercial Lender and Treasury Management Officer. She joined Ambassador Financial in 2016 where she oversees the Documentation and Accounting areas.
